Who is the construction company for the project?

The general contractor for the Zion Oasis Project will be the company ORDEM GEOMETRICA, in collaboration with the company LiteHaus and independent supervision by FGP Engenharia Civil, guaranteeing quality, efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Construction company responsible for construction:

Ordem Geométrica - Responsible for the general infrastructure.

LiteHauz – Specialists in Steel Frame, sustainable and high-efficiency technology.

FGP Engenharia Civil – Management and supervision of the work, ensuring technical monitoring.

Construction differences:

  • Use of Steel Frame – Modern, sustainable technology with high energy performance.

#1 During the project

  • All details of the property (plans, finishing map) are attached to the Purchase and Sale Contract (CPCV).

#2 After delivery

  • 10-year structural warranty, covering construction, insulation, electrical and plumbing issues.
